Circular1 Health is a diagnostic testing company which has provided mission critical businesses with the resilience to remain operational. Our fully managed testing company has allowed workers to go to work safely, over the course of the pandemic.
We are adding to our current services by adding a preventative Health package.
We need accredited suppliers to act in the capacity of a referral laboratory to support this service over the next 6 months (minimum). Materials and markers required are as listed below.

Description
The aim of this service is to provide accredited testing that meets ISO 15189 or ISO 17025 standard for the tests required. You will act in the capacity of a referral laboratory.
The services will constitute the provision of drug and alcohol testing for confirmation of positive results and a panel of biomarkers listed below by the Provider via usual methods (e.g., hair, blood, saliva, and urine), as appropriate. Any laboratory used in the testing of samples must be a UKAS accredited laboratory to ISO 15189 or ISO 17025 standards.
Testing capabilities we wish suppliers to provide are as follows:
- CRP (C Reactive Protein)
- Urea and Electrolytes
- Liver Function Tests
- Thyroid Function Tests
- Bone Profile (Calcium etc)
- Lipid Tests
- Total Cholesterol (TC)
- High Density Lipoprotein “good cholesterol” (HDL)
- Low Density Lipoprotein “bad cholesterol” (LDL)
- Triglycerides (TG)
- HBA1c
- Prostate Specific Antigen
- Ferritin
- B12/Folate
- Vitamin D
- Urine MSU (mid-stream specimen) consumables
Tests required throughout may be varied – pricing should reflect a range of volumes – please set out your laboratory capacity, turnaround times per an analyte, and availability as well as any relevant accreditations from regulatory bodies. Please not as apart of this contract you may be required to undergo a supplier audit.
