What do you do at Circular1 Health?

I am the Barrow Operations Manager.

 

What do you love about your job?

I love being able to assist as many people as possible and having input into new structures to ensure processes are running smoothly. Being constantly busy every day and it’s always full of variety, it’s what keeps me inspired. 

What drove you to work for the business?

A lot of my family members work for BAE. I wanted to do something different in the town so when I heard about Circular1 assisting BAE with their testing, my cousin got me a contact and I started working as an admin assistant in …. 2021 

The opportunities for progression and not being held back has helped with my drive.

Circular1 certainly assists with giving people chances they may not usually have to excel. 

What are your responsibilities at Circular1 Health?

My responsibilities are varied to say the least!

The main one is overseeing the operations of our building in Barrow and working closely with the department managers to ensure we are adhering to our Service Level Agreements.

In addition, I have site responsibility for all Health and Safety as well as ensuring staff are maintaining their annual training and quality. No day is ever the same and the phone rarely stops.
