There is currently a record high in vacancies across the UK. The job market has gone through a significant shake up following the pandemic, and Government data has revealed that we are resigning at the highest rate since 2009.

While job seekers are now viewing hybrid working as an essential element for new roles. A recent study shared that 88% of workers said hybrid working was an important factor, placing it alongside private healthcare and group income protection ahead of life insurance, unlimited holiday and extended parental leave.
