Your Test Results
I’ve lost my portal password, what should I do?

Click here to access our online portal and click on “Forgot password”. Follow the instructions to reset your password.

What information do I need to submit a test?

For a Fit to Fly Test you need; time & date you took swab, full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, gender, ethnicity, vaccination status and a UK address.

For a Day 2 and/or 8 Test you will need:

  • Time & date you took swab,
  • Full name,
  • Date of birth,
  • Email address,
  • Phone number,
  • Gender,
  • Ethnicity,
  • Passport number,
  • Vaccination status,
  • Booking reference,
  • UK address,
  • Flight/Coach/Vessel/Train number,
  • Date of arrival in UK,
  • Date of departure from the country or territory you were travelling from when you arrived in the UK,
  • and any country or territory you transited through as part of that journey.

For a Day 5 Test to Release you will need:

  • Time & date you took swab,
  • Full name,
  • Date of birth,
  • Email address,
  • Phone number,
  • Gender,
  • Ethnicity,
  • Passport number,
  • Vaccination status,
  • Booking reference,
  • UK address, Flight/Coach/Vessel/Train number,
  • Date of arrival in UK,
  • Date of departure from the country or territory you were travelling from when you arrived in the UK,
  • and any country or territory you transited through as part of that journey.
Can I change my details once I’ve submitted my test?

How will I receive my results?

You will receive your results either by text message or email. They are also available on our online portal in the section “view results”.
