For a Pre-departure or Fit to Fly Test you need:

• 50000xxxxxxxx barcode from the Test Tube (after purchase)
• time & date you took swab,
• full name,
• date of birth,
• email address,
• phone number,
• gender,
• ethnicity,
• passport number,
• vaccination status, (not proof of vaccination)
• UK address

For a Peace of Mind PCR Test*  you will need:

• 50000xxxxxxxx barcode from your Test Tube (after purchase)
• time & date you took swab
• full name
• date of birth
• email address
• phone number
• gender
• ethnicity
• vaccination status,
• UK address

*Please carefully read the product description before purchasing, as ONLY a TEXT MESSAGE will be provided as a proof of your result. If you need a certificate, please choose Pre-Departure Test.

For an LFT with Travel Certificate you will need:

• Order number and Antigen Certificate Reference Number (to log in)
• time & date you took swab
• full name
• date of birth
• email address
• phone number
• gender
• ethnicity
• passport number
• vaccination status (not proof of vaccination)
• Test Manufacture -Flowflex
• Upload the photo of the cassette after taking the test

For a Peace of Mind LFT Test 

• Just self-swab
• No Certificate will be provided

If you would like to amend the information you have submitted with your test, please email customerservice@circular1.com

The information we can amend is:

• Name/ Surname
• DOB
• Email address
• Phone number
• Vaccination status
• UK address
• Gender
• Ethnicity

The information we cannot amend is

• Date and time of swab

A copy of your ID will be required to make these changes.

For the Pre departure PCR

• You will receive an email to notify you when the result is ready.
• Afterwards please log into the portal to view and download your Certificate.

For Peace of Mind PCR

• You will receive a Text Message when the result is ready.

For the LFT (including Observed LFT)

• You will receive an email to notify you when the result has been approved.
• You can either log into your meandmytest.com account to download your Certificate or use the PDF attachment from the email.

For Peace of mind LFT’s

• We are not providing any documentation or emails, it’s just a self-test
