Can I cancel my order?
Each case will be reviewed individually to make sure we can provide the best service possible.
Please contact our Customer Service to be able to investigate further.
My Home test kit has not arrived. (When should I expect my test kit?)
- All orders placed BEFORE 2pm Monday to Friday will be shipped immediately to ensure the best turnaround time.
- If you have placed your order AFTER 2pm, your kit will be sent the following day, and you will receive it the next working day.
- All test kits are issued with First Class postage which means if you post your sample in the morning, you should receive it the day after
*Please note that if you order on Weekends and Bank Holidays, your test kit will be sent the next working day.
What test should I order?
