Post via Royal Mail
If you are posting back via our Royal Mail pre-paid box, please ensure you seal the contents in the box securely.
Post your sample in one of over 35,000 specially selected Royal Mail priority post boxes you can find by clicking here. (Services near you | Royal Mail Group Ltd)
We recommend posting before 12pm for first collections. Please note that Royal Mail services do not run on weekends and bank holidays. Royal mail may collect over the weekend but do not deliver to our labs until the next working day.
