Returning your test
Before returning any PCR sample to us, please ensure you have registered your swab barcode on our portal using the instructions enclosed with your kit.
Your swab barcode can be found on the sample tube and begins with 50000.
If you do not have login details for the portal, go to portal.circular1.com and click forgot password.
You will receive an email to access the portal.

Please note you do not have to return your Travel Lateral flow test. You use it at home and then submit a photograph of your test on our online portal using the instructions provided in the kit.
ROYAL MAIL
If you are posting back via our Royal Mail pre-paid box, please ensure you seal the contents in the box securely and make a note of your Royal Mail tracking number from the front of the box.

We recommend posting before 12pm for first collections. All our PCR test kits are issued with pre-paid First Class postage, which means if you return your swab sample by post in the morning, we should receive it in our lab the following day. The samples are delivered by Royal Mail to our Manchester lab usually around 12pm. Please note that Royal Mail services do not operate during weekends and bank holidays so if you return your swab then, your test kit will be received by us the next working day. If you post your sample on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your sample may not arrive at the lab until the following Tuesday or Wednesday.
Your UKAS certified results certificate will be emailed subsequent to your swab being processed at our laboratory (certificate also available for download from our online portal). Due to unprecedented demand created by the Governments changes we are doing our utmost to process your swabs accurately and in a timely manner, thank you for your patience.
COURIER
You can arrange your own courier (at your own cost) to one of our laboratories.
