I have not received my results, what should I do?

What does my result mean?
Negative: this means the virus could not be found on your swab.
Unclear/Inconclusive: it is not possible to say if you had the virus when the test was done. Unclear/inconclusive results are very rare, they can be caused by a number of factors usually relating to inadequate sampling (for example the laboratory could not detect human DNA on the swab) or a swab sample is provided with excessive mucoid material present which will interfere with the correct operation of a lateral flow test.
Re-swabbing and providing a second sample is recommended if an unclear/inconclusive result is reported initially.
Positive: this means the virus was found on your swab.
What should I do if I test positive for COVID-19?

Will I get a QR Code with my certificate?
