How do I swab
When can I expect my results?

You will receive a confirmation email once your sample has arrived safely at our lab, from there your sample will be processed within 24 hours and your results will be available on our portal.

We can arrange a quicker turnaround time for you. If you would like more information about our Fast Track services, please follow the link FAST TRACK or email us [email protected]

I have not received my results, what should I do?

If your test result has not arrived after the given time frame of 24 hours from the time we received it, please contact the Customer Service team using our online chat, email [email protected] or call us on 08007999751 (International Calls: +441556510576).

If I need the result on weekends/bank holidays:
We will always recommend using our Drop off locations instead of posting your sample if you need your kit/result during the weekend or Bank Holiday.

What does my result mean?

Negative: this means the virus could not be found on your swab.

Unclear/Inconclusive: it is not possible to say if you had the virus when the test was done. Unclear/inconclusive results are very rare, they can be caused by a number of factors usually relating to inadequate sampling (for example the laboratory could not detect human DNA on the swab) or a swab sample is provided with excessive mucoid material present which will interfere with the correct operation of a lateral flow test.

Re-swabbing and providing a second sample is recommended if an unclear/inconclusive result is reported initially.

Positive: this means the virus was found on your swab.

What should I do if I test positive for COVID-19?

Please follow the government guideline by clicking here.

Will I get a QR Code with my certificate?

All our certificates contain a QR code giving access to the laboratory details and accreditation.
