Purpose of the Role
To work collaboratively with our Lab Team to execute our client offering and be the first point of contact for our existing client base.
Key Accountabilities
- Data entry onto in house systems
- Observe and records vital data and administration of clinical information as required
- Operate, maintain, and clean the laboratory and research equipment
- Arrange to send samples for further testing when needed
- Adhere to Health & Safety requirements and good document practice
- To work within agreed quality standards of service delivery and turnaround times under the supervision of your line manager
- Provide an efficient and effective office administrative service projecting a professional image to clients
- Aid process improvement within the department
- To follow the leadership of the Admin Supervisors and promptly report risk and solutions to the relevant person
- Ad Hoc admin duties
Essential Experience / Qualifications
- Qualified to GCSE level as a minimum
- Proven experience in completing tasks to a deadline and raising concern where applicable
- A good team player, proactive and flexible in adapting to a changing
- Be able to demonstrate experience of working on several projects at one time and withholding strong attention to detail and process compliance
- Minimum GCSE grade C in Maths & English
- Methodically minded with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to aid process improvement within the department
- A confident phone presence with the ability to write in a clear legible manner
- Moderate skills in Microsoft Office.
- Holds a higher education qualification in a relevant scientific subject (desirable)
