Customer Service Agent (Manchester or Barrow)

Purpose of the Role

This role will be the first point of contact for our existing customers. The candidate will interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

Key Accountabilities

  • Maintain databases
  • Organise and archive paperwork
  • Support procurement
  • Aid data management teams
  • Data entry
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Perform customer verifications
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Keep records of customer interactions, enquiries, complaints, and details of actions taken
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Follow up on customer interactions
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
